The first Snaptic developer challenge recently came to an end, with winner Peter Ma earning a trip to TEDGlobal 2010. For the second round of the challenge, Snaptic is partnering with the 2010 Health2.0 Challenge to again ask, “What can you do to inspire movement?” Using the Snaptic API, developers are asked to make Android applications that use motion tracking to create a fun and easy way to get people moving in subtle ways to encourage healthy living.
Interested developers can read the full rules and sign up over that the Health2Challenge page. Prizes include an Android phone and a MacBook Pro for a winning entry. So developers, get off your lazy apps and get working on ways to get people moving!
