T-Mobile’s free Motorola Charm special might be extending well past the back to school promotion we heard about not too long ago. Engadget‘s received a poster shot showing the Motorola Charm (alongside Samsung’s latest round of QWERTY feature phones) as a messaging phone.
According to the poster, messaging phones are free when they’re activated on a family plan. I must say that I’m actually pretty excited to see something like this. Make whatever reservations you want regarding the device and T-Mobile, but you can’t get mad seeing an Android device (in the states, at least) just begging to be grabbed up by that QWERTY-obsessed crowd with the sweet, low cost of $0.
