Samsung’s keeping the wheels rolling on their global Android footprint expansion, and this time it’ll continue in China. Samsung Hub is reporting that the GT-I7680 will be making its way to China Mobile. The phone is said to run a “special” version of the Android OS, but no details on the specific version have come to light.
It’ll have a 3.5-inch WVGA AMOLED display, WiFi, a 5-megapixel camera, and 800mhz camera, and all of the other bells and whistles you’d come to expect from a modern Android phone (including GPS, a 3.5mm headset jack, etc). Samsung’s phones have all shared a similar feature set as of late, so this phone – even with its sub-1ghz processor – should be desirable for anyone on China Mobile.
No pricing and dates to be revealed, but when we do hear of anything, you’ll be just as knowledgeable as we are.
