When Android was being built, many only visualized it as a phone operating system: for a long time, phones were the only things you could find Android running on. Since then, we’ve seen kitchen appliances, cars, netbooks, tablets, robots – you name it, and Android has probably already seen it.
Now, it’ll be seeing a dedicated desktop radio player, as well. Hong Kong based HDigit demoed a prototype of the player, recently, and it’s a heavily customized beaut. Named the Dreamer, it’ll only come with Android 1.5, has a resistive LCD touch screen, and comes with all sorts of radio-centric features (Last.fm and Podcast support but to name a couple).
