General Mobile Storeoid App Store

Marketing folks pushing Android products love to tack on “Droid” or “Oid” to the end of their descriptors, giving a familiar word an Android twist. Unfortunately for General Mobile, the name of their new Android application store sounds like it has an unfair advantage “Jose Canseco” style: Storeoid. I’m not sure if General Mobile has been taking illegal Robot Growth Hormones or not but they’ve already got screen shots of their latest endeavor:

Another application store – just what we need, right? The company also sent word of a new General Mobile Android Phone that is on the way and we’ve got some basic specs:
