The T-Mobile Comet (AKA Huawei Ideos) is the first low end Android device for the company. It has a 2.8 inch touchscreen, 3 MP camera, and is rockin' Android 2.2.
This is the first Android device that will be available for T-Mobile's restructured prepaid plans. It's available now for free on a 2 year contract or 199.99 off contract.

The phone was going to launch under the name Ideos and it is still manufactured by Chinese Telecom giant Huawei. The Huawei Ideos specs were released to the world roughly 2 months ago and the sudden name change isn't a surprise.
