Sony Xperia Tablet S
The Sony Tablet S was not the mos successful Android tablet, but Sony has decided to give it another shot after acquiring the Ericsson division and starting fresh. The successor is the Sony Xperia Tablet S, and comes with a very similar look and feel. The specs are a bit better, but we still can't say this is a high-end tablet after being released in mid-2012.
The Xperia Tablet S has a 1.3 GHz Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 1 GB of RAM and Android 4.0. It will not blow your mind, but it could be enticing to some with its $400 price-tag and unique design.
