Samsung Conquer 4G Overview
While I wouldn't call the device a "budget phone" it does manage to hang somewhere in between mid-level and high-end. Lets start with some of the specs. The phone features a smaller 3.5-inch HVGA display, 3.2MP rear facing camera with a 1.3MP front facing camera, Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Sprint ID, and a 1GHz processor.
Oh, and as the name suggests, it's compatible with Sprint's 4G network (where available).

Samsung Conquer 4G Reviews
CNET "Though you sacrifice some higher-end features, the Samsung Conquer 4G gives Sprint customers a solid 4G smartphone at an affordable price."
Engadget "Enter the Samsung Conquer 4G, the latest addition to Sprint's blazing-fast lineup. Rather than going head-to-head with giants like the Photon 4G and EVO 3D, the company's strategy is to offer a WiMAX-enabled handset that's light on the wallet."
Android Central "Yet another phone built to appeal to the smartphone shopper on a budget, the Conquer 4G does most of what it's tasked to do well. It's not priced competitively, though, as there's far better phones available at the same price."
Talk Android "The phone is considered an entry level device, although we here at TalkAndroid are giving it the thumbs up to be called mid-range."
PCMag "The Samsung Conquer 4G offers Sprint users fast performance and 4G speeds in a small package with a good price."
Phone Arena "Fast-forward just over a year later and we have the Samsung Conquer 4G. Billed as the first budget 4G device, the spec sheet is actually quite similar to the EVO 4G in a smaller package and all for under $100 on contract."
Sprint Feed "There’s this saying that “big things come in small packages,” and with above mid-level hardware crammed into a small handset, the Samsung Conquer 4G might just be Sprint’s next big thing."
