Motorola DROID Mini

The Motorola DROID Mini is an affordable handset with a good punch. It has almost the same features and specs as its bigger brothers (DROID Ultra and DROID Maxx), but all packed in a 4.3-inch display.  

Specs include a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor, 2 GB of RAM and Android 4.2. It also features a very resistive and good-looking kevlar build.

Motorola Connect update finally Brings MMS support

Users of the Moto X and Verizon’s DROID phones have a great update to look forward to if they use Motorola Connect to receive and respond to text messages on their Chrome browsers. The app has finally been updated to bring partial support for MMS.

Motorola Touchless Controls’ “What’s Up” command is too awesome for words [VIDEO]

Yesterday, we told you guys about a new upgrade to Motorola’s Touchless Controls app that added an awesome new command. Saying “What’s Up” or “Read Notifications” will have the phone read back a list of your recent notifications. We gave the new feature a spin on video on the Motorola DROID MAXX running Android 4.4 KitKat, and marveled at the fact that it sounds pretty natural and fluid.

When Android 4.4 KitKat launched, we were surprised to see that the Moto X got the upgrade before most Nexus devices. It wasn’t a huge gap between the rollouts, but the fact that any non-Nexus device got it before any others was astonishing. Some suspected Motorola might have had privileged access to the update.
