Huawei Impulse 4G Overview
The Huawei Impulse 4G is poised to be a 3.8 inch mid-range 4G phone by AT&T. Their initial marketing campaign has them releasig their customers from "smartphone envy", making us believe that this one is aimed at feature phone customers. The pricing indicates that much, as well, as it's set to come in at just $30. Other known specs include a 5 megapixel HD camera and Android 2.2. It will launch on AT&T September 18th.
