HTC EVO Design 4G Reviews
CNET It looks good, it works well, and it won't cost you an arm and a leg. Sprint's fifth Evo is a winner however you look at it.
Engadget With middling single-core specs and a mid-range $100 on-contract price, things aren't exactly looking up for a device tasked with wielding a torch branded with the EVO's name. Does it pass muster as a device worthy of its ancestry?
Android Central So how does the newest in the EVO line hold up? Can it hang with the best of them or will it be relegated to the discount rack? Is one processor enough? Will it come in white? Does it blend?
Android Community The popular and iconic EVO brand has just added another member to the family this month and that is the new HTC EVO Design 4G. Being the second smallest to carry the title while staying right in the middle with its specifications it should make most users plenty happy.
Android And Me The handset doesn’t feature a dual-core processor, an extra-large display, an 8 megapixel camera or some of the bells and whistles found on phones like the Motorola DROID RAZR or the HTC Sensation, but I have a feeling that most people won’t even notice.
Phone Arena The EVO Design 4G is quite the looker with an aluminum unibody design and 4” qHD display. Known as the Hero S elsewhere, the EVO Design 4G has WiMAX data and a dark paint job to set it apart.
PCWorld The HTC Evo Design 4G is the smallest phone in Sprint’s Evo line. It's also one of the more affordable Evo models currently available on the carrier, but the phone has a few issues surrounding the HTC Sense overlay.
PCMag But the EVO Design is a significant step up from most of those phones—it's one of the best 4G smartphones you can buy on Sprint, and the price is just a bonus.
Gotta Be Mobile The HTC EVO Design 4G goes back to basic black with a stunning design, great user experience through Android 2.3 Gingerbread and the latest HTC Sense 3.0.
Slash Gear Here we have the *near* smallest smartphone to carry the legendary EVO namesake, and with a 4-inch S-LCD display with qHD resolution and price tag of under $100 right out of the gate, we’ve got to wonder if this is the perfect package for petite palms.
