    The HTC EVO 4G LTE is Sprint's version of the HTC One X. It comes with all the same specs, except for the processor, internal storage and radios (includes LTE). And aesthetics are also significantly different.

    While many users have complained about the fact that US customers will not be getting a Tegra 3 HTC One X, the Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor has been known to be quite outstanding. It has even outperformed Tegra 3 (quad-core) in benchmarks.

    You might think that most folks are waiting on the arrival of Android 4.4 KitKat, but many are still waiting to be stepped up to Android 4.3. One group of owners included in that pile are owners of the HTC EVO 4G LTE on Sprint. That changes today with new word on the arrival date for the upgrade.

    HTC president Jason Mackenzie has announced on Twitter that the HTC EVO 4G LTE would be getting Android 4.3 with HTC Sense 5 by the end of this year. The EVO 4G LTE is Sprint’s version of HTC’s 2012 flagship HTC One X.
