Barnes & Noble NOOK HD Plus

Last updated: Sep 26th, 2012.

While the NOOK HD is very close to it's Amazon direct competitor (Kindle Fire HD 7.0), this 9-inch NOOK HD+ is really shining against the competition. It's specs are outstanding for the price, and the device has a stunning 9-inch 1920x1280p resolution. That is some serious HD quality!

Other specs include a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage and Barnes & Noble's heavily modified version of Android 4.0. All for the dandy price of $270. Not a bad deal if you ask us!
