Amazon Kindle Fire (1st Gen)

Last updated: Sep 6th, 2012.

It's a device that tightly integrates into many of Amazon's services, including video, books, music, cloud storage, Appstore and a lot more. It has a dual-core processor inside, a 7 inch display and more.

Amazon looked to challenge their competitor - Barnes & Noble - with the device with a very attractive $200 price tag. Amazon also has great leverage in its growing Appstore, boasting thousands of app free and paid apps and games for users to download. Along with all of the other services, Amazon does one-up their competition in many ways.
