AT&T offering a free 48-inch TV if you buy a Galaxy S7 and DIRECTV service

Tomorrow, April 1st, AT&T and Samsung will start a promotion that could get you a new TV for free. Customers who buy a Samsung Galaxy S7 or Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and DIRECTV service will be eligible to receive a free 48-inch Samsung Smart TV. As you might expect, there is some fine print to this deal. AT&T has provided a handy chart to explain.

The first thing you have to do is buy a Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge on AT&T Next as a new customer or an upgrade. Next, you need to be a new or existing subscriber to DIRECTV or U-Verse. However, you are not eligible if you upgrade a line and already have DIRECTV.  This deal can also be combined with the $650 credit for people switching to AT&T.

The TV you’ll get is the LED J550D Series 48-inch Smart TV. The promotion ends April 30th, so you have about one month to take advantage of the offer.
