Sony Xperia Z5 family, Z3+ and Z4 Tablet get Android 6.0 Marshmallow

The base Sony Xperia Z5 model was receiving Marshmallow as early as last week in Japan, but now it seems to be going out globally alongside new rollouts for the Xperia Z5 Premium and the Xperia Z5 Compact. Beyond that, a couple of older devices are getting the goods, as well.

Sony no longer wants you using their phones underwater

Although Sony makes it a point to get their phones IP68 certification for dust and water resistance, which normally greenlights you to use your device in up to 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes, the company seemingly no longer wants you to do that.
