The HTC One A9 is a premium handset by the company with mid-range specs. It was launched in November 2015 with a metal unibody design. It was the first non-Nexus Android smartphone to launch with Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

When the HTC One A9 was first announced late last year, the unlocked model came out of the box supporting AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Although HTC had intended on adding Verizon support in a future update, it seems they’re now officially throwing in the towel but not without offering extended refunds as well as compensation.
