Razer Blade 14 OLED: Ultra-thin power meets 3K gaming display

 The Razer Blade 14 OLED is the company’s most compact 14-inch gaming laptop to date, just 15.7mm thin and weighing 1.63kg. Despite its size, it squeezes in an RTX 5070 laptop GPU, AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 365 chip, and a stunning 3K OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.

But it’s not just about raw power. Razer redesigned the thermal system with what it calls a “Thermal Hood,” boosting airflow to keep things cool under load. And it doesn’t skimp on battery either. With a 72Wh cell, Razer claims up to 11 hours of use on a single charge—impressive for a gaming laptop this thin.

Connectivity-wise, it covers everything. You get dual USB4 Type-C, HDMI 2.1, a UHS-II microSD reader, and support for both Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. There is also per-key Chroma RGB, a six-speaker THX setup, and a massive glass trackpad that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.

Inside, the Blade 14 runs up to 64GB of blazing-fast LPDDR5X memory (8000MHz). Creators and gamers alike can push AI workloads thanks to both AMD’s NPU (which can hit 50 TOPS) and NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell-based GPUs. There’s also support for Copilot+ features like Recall and Cocreate.

Razer is also refreshing the Blade 16 with an RTX 5060 variant. This is for those who want a slightly larger form factor but don’t need maxed-out graphics.

Razer’s also stepping up its sustainability game. Every Blade now uses recycled aluminum and ships in plastic-free packaging made from FSC-certified cardboard.
