ASUS Unveils its Newest Lineup of Educational Chromebooks

ASUS recently announced that it was launching four new models in its CR Chromebook line, which are designed for K-12 students and other academic scenarios. Consisting of four models including the CR1104C, CR1204C, CR1104F and CR1204F, ASUS has included a variety of features for practical usage.

Galaxy S25 Ultra deal

The new models are designed to be rugged, with ASUS claiming military-grade durability standards, as well as exterior rubber lining, a spill-safe keyboard, and Gorilla Glass for the display. The new CR models come in 11.6-inch or 12.2-inch display sizes, and feature flexible hinges which can go all the way to 360 degrees. In the case of the CR1104F and CR1204F, users can take advantage of the convertible design and use them as tablets as well with touch support.

The new CR laptops are run on Intel’s N150 and N250 chips with up to 16GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, and are powered by up to 50Wh batteries. Other details include support for Wifi 6E and 4G LTE, a pair of USB-C and USB-A ports, a audio hardware port, as well as an HDMI port.
