The arrival of the Honor X9c a while back proved to be a nice addition to Honor’s varied lineup of smartphones for different price brackets, and while it’s not exactly a premium Android phone it does boast strengths such as durability and an impressive battery. One catch however is that the phone’s release was somewhat limited to a select few regions.
That all changes now, however – Honor has finally launched the X9c for European markets, although it’s being sold as the Honor Magic 7 Lite. Despite the name change, the phone is still pretty much the same device, down to the emphasis on durability. You can actually check out our device review here.
In terms of specs, the Honor Magic 7 Lite pack a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4,000 nits peak brightness, IP64 dust and water resistance, a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, up to 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage. It also comes with a 108MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front-facing camera.
Unfortunately though the phone runs on an older version of Android (14 to be specific), alongside Honor’s MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14, and is powered by a 6,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
