Xiaomi has a stacked year ahead of it, as the company is known for its many smartphone launches under several brands. With that in mind, its Redmi brand is gearing up for the launch of the Redmi Turbo 4, which is set to be announced on January 2, 2025. With that in mind, the Turbo 4 is a China-exclusive model, although it will eventually launch for more markets worldwide.
The launch date was confirmed on Chinese social network site Weibo by the official Redmi page. Part of the official release states:
2025 Let’s be popular together! Turbo 4 is good-looking and powerful, scheduled for January 2 at 14:00… Good-looking: chasing dreams with passion, winning, and winning more Beautiful and powerful: blazing a trail with courage, fighting, and fighting with all your strength…
The post adds that reservations are now open, and there’s even a community event that gives fans the chance to win the phone for themselves. It’s expected that the phone will be launched as the POCO X7 Pro for global markets, and will come equipped with MediaTek’s new Dimensity 8400 chipset.
