Get immersed with AiDot’s Linkind ET6 LED Strips

0

There are many ways to get immersed in the shows that you are watching. Obviously sound would be one of them, but so are visuals. Having a nice big screen TV would most definitely help, but if you already have that and want to take things to the next level. AiDot’s got your back with the Linkind ET6 TV Backlights.

Fantastic color accuracy

In the past, we’ve seen how some gaming devices have some very rudimentary lighting effects that kind of syncs to your game or music or movies. It felt more novel than anything, but that also highlights the importance of color accuracy. Imagine watching a movie where there’s a lot of red, like a scene where a building is on fire. Having the lights match the movie’s colors would make it feel like you’re right there.

That’s something that AiDot has taken into consideration with the Linkind ET6 TV Backlights. The company claims that the smart LED light strips offer “total color accuracy”. This is thanks to the HDMI Sync Box that comes with the light strips that can connect to a variety of devices like your TV and your console.

The light strips also offer 16 million colors, so it should have no issues recreating the colors that you see on your screen. The light strips also work pretty fast with zero perceived latency. This doesn’t mean that there is no lag, but it will be small enough where you probably won’t notice it in a negative way.

AI-powered transitions

AI is the buzzword of the season, so it doesn’t come as a surprise to see AiDot integrate the technology into the Linkind ET6 TV Backlights. This comes in the form of LumiSync. This is a technology that uses algorithms to automatically adjust the lighting effects of the light strips on the fly. It creates dynamic transitions based on the scene, so the effects will come across feeling more natural and less jarring.

As we previously mentioned, one of the highlights of the ET6 TV Backlights is its color accuracy, which is also thanks to the use of the LumiSync algorithm. Users also have the option to adjust the sensitivity of LumiSync. This means that if you want it to constantly analyze and adjust the colors on your screen, you can boost the sensitivity. However, if you want something a little more mellow and chill, you can lower the sensitivity for an effect that’s a little more soothing.

Multi-device syncing

So far we’ve covered how the Linkind ET6 TV Backlights can sync its lights to your games and movies and TV shows, but it does come with one additional feature that its competitors do not – Immersive Entertainment. This is basically where the LED strips can actually sync up with other AiDot smart lights in your home.

For instance, if you have other AiDot smart lights like the Light and/or the Matter-compatible A19 bulbs, together with the ET6 TV Backlights you can create a fantastic light show right in your living room! This will help enhance your overall entertainment experience and it will give you more flexibility in terms of designing how your living room entertainment is setup.

In some ways, it could even save you money especially if you already invested in AiDot’s other smart lights. So instead of having to purchase additional ET6 TV Backlights light strips, you can use what you already own. Plus, some of the other smart lights could have dual or triple purpose, like for reading, general ambiance, and so on.

Pricing & availability

If you’re interested in AiDot’s Linkind ET6 TV Backlights, you’ll be pleased to learn that they actually aren’t too expensive, especially when compared to the competition. The LED strips are priced at $98 which is actually pretty great value for money. It comes with the light strips itself (obviously) along with the HDMI Sync Box, so you should be good to go right out of the box.
