In case you missed, Honor recently announced European availability for its Magic V3 foldable back at IFA 2024, which managed to impress a lot of foldable smartphone fans. That being said, it looks like demand for the device has been unprecedented, with the company putting up impressive sales numbers following its the Magic V3’s launch.
Honor says that sales for the Magic V3 during the first day of trading in the United Kingdom were 195% higher than the same period for its previous foldable smartphone, the Magic V2. In fact, the the Magic V2 was the most shipped foldable device in Europe in Q1 2024.
The company states that stock is currently limited however, including the Reddish Brown variant of the Magic V3, although it’s working to replenish shipments for Europe “imminently.”
The Honor Magic V3 features a 7.92-inch foldable screen accompanied by a 6.43-inch external display, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, a base configuration of 12GB of RAM, and a triple camera setup on the back consisting of a 50MP main wide camera, a 50MP periscope, and a 40MP ultrawide camera. The device is powered by a 5,150 mAh battery with support for 66W charging.
