Tablets are great devices if you’re looking for a mobile device that has a screen larger than your smartphone. Some lower-end models are designed mostly as a web and media device, while higher-end and more powerful models can be used for drawing, productivity, and more. If you’re looking for something to game on, then maybe the new REDMAGIC Nova gaming tablet could be for you.

REDMAGIC has announced its new Nova gaming tablet has launched in China. This is the latest gaming tablet from the company and it comes with the hardware specs to match. For starters, it is powered by none other than the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Edition chipset.

This chipset boasts a CPU frequency of up to 3.4GHz and GPU frequency of up to 1GHz. The company claims that this allowed the tablet to achieve a score on the AnTuTu benchmarks of 2,352,902 points. It also comes with up to 24GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, so that’s more than enough to handle everything you throw at it and then some.

There is also a new advanced cooling system in place. This is a 9-layer heat dissipation system powered by PAD Cooling System ICE 2.0, which REDMAGIC says can reduce core temperature by up to 25C! There is also a built-in fan that can hit speeds of up to 20,000 RPM, a 3D heat pipe, and a 3D internal circulation air duct.

The REDMAGIC Nova comes equipped with a 10.9-inch 2.8K display. It also has a 144Hz refresh rate, and packs a massive 10,100mAh battery. This should allow the tablet to last you all day, and the 120W fast-charging will help you recharge it in no time. REDMAGIC’s new tablet will launch in China first at a starting price of 3,999 RMB on the 5th of September. International availability will be announced on the 27th of September.
