It Looks like Xiaomi’s SU7 is Selling Well

0

Following its debut into the EV market a while back, smartphone (and now auto) manufacturer Xiaomi stated that it planned to ship 100,000 units of the Xiaomi SU7 by the end of 2024, a goal which while ambitious, remained within reason for the veteran tech company.

With that being said, Xiaomi recently announced that its planned factory upgrade has now been completed, which would ideally allow the company to reach its hundred-thousand sales goal within this year. In fact, Xiaomi now expects to reach its goal by November, much earlier than expected.

The company also reported that the SU7 has already delivered 30,000 in just three months, with another 10,000 units predicted for July. Additionally, Xiaomi is also expanding its sales and service network throughout China, aiming to establish 220 sales stores, 135 service stores, and 53 delivery centers in 59 cities by December.

Xiaomi’s first-ever EV has certainly become one of the most talked-about electric cars this year, as it represents a first for the company which is more known for its smartphones and other consumer electronic products. The Xiaomi SU7 was launched back in March, and starts at around $29,800 for the standard model.
