The Oppo Watch X Arrives for European Markets

0

With Oppo once again expanding its operations in several regions in Europe, the company has finally brought over the Oppo Watch X, which was announced a few months earlier in China. Essentially a rebranded OnePlus Watch 2, the Oppo Watch X comes with a slightly different approach to software, albeit running the same Wear OS platform at its core.

Like the OnePlus Watch 2, the Oppo Watch X comes with a 1.43-inch AMOLED touch screen, surrounded by a stainless steel chassis with an IP68 and 5ATM rating. Inside is the Qualcomm Snapdragon W5 chip, backed by a secondary BES 2700 MCU Efficiency chipset that allows it to run a Wear OS hybrid interface.

Oppo is selling the Watch X in “Platinum Black” and “Mars Brown” color variants, starting at 329 EUR. In addition to the Oppo Watch X, the company has also launched the Enco X3i and Air4 Pro, which are priced at around 130 and 80 EUR, respectively.

In other OnePlus Watch news, it looks like leaks of the upcoming OnePlus Watch 3 have been making rounds online, initially spotted via a TENAA certification listing. It’s reported that the watch will come with a lot of the same features on its predecessor, including Wifi and LTE connectivity, a 500 mAh battery, as well as GPS support.
