While the NBA is no stranger to mobile gaming platforms as seen with earlier titles such as NBA 2K and NBA Live, it looks like the massively-popular sports league has yet another entry for gamers after a portable competitive basketball experience – enter NBA Infinite, a PvP-based mobile game which will see players take on rivals for a bit of competitive mobile action.
As per the game’s official Play Store listing:
“Run the court in NBA Infinite — a real-time PvP mobile game crafted to supercharge your love of basketball. Stake your claim as one of the best to lace up your sneakers as you build your team from the ground up — collecting and customizing your first-class lineup. Then hit the court with your star team and cross up your opponents as you create your legacy.”
“Just one download puts NBA Infinite in your pocket — we keep our game current with the latest player updates, new game modes, and a wide variety of trendsetting customization options — so you can focus on ruling the court.”
A free-to-play title, NBA Infinite features a ton of different gameplay modes, including 1v1 pickup games, 3v3 and even 5v5 matchups. The game also comes with “Dynasty” mode, team management options, and lets gamers collect their favourite NBA players, in addition to stat upgrades and a levelling system.
NBA Infinite will be available for both Android and iOS devices starting today.
