Android 14 Finally Arrives for the Galaxy A23 5G

While Samsung’s Galaxy A5x series has been the more “recognizable” midrange device range from the company, Samsung has nevertheless remained consistent in providing updated software patches for its more affordable models, such as the Galaxy A23 5G. As such, a new update has finally arrived for the A23 5G, which includes One UI 6 and Android 14.

The new update comes with software version number A236BXXU4DWKA, and comes with the November 2023 Security Patch. The new update brings several new features that come with Android 14 including new security patches, as well as some cool new functionality via One UI. The Galaxy A23 is one of several Samsung phones which have received Android 14 and One UI 6, as part of Samsung’s ongoing push to provide consistent software updates for more of its devices.

To check if your device can download the newest software, simply head into Settings > Software Update > Download and Install to check if your device is eligible for the latest system update.
