Smartphone brands making accompanying accessories for their mainline handsets is not something unheard of – in fact, we see it every year with products like Samsung’s Galaxy Buds and the Apple AirPods line, to name a couple. With that in mind, Nokia recently announced its new Nokia Clarity Earbuds 2 + (that’s quite a mouthful), which retail for £79.99, or almost 100 bucks when converted.
In terms of design, the Clarity Earbuds 2 + come with a look that’s reminiscent of most other wireless earbuds on the market, with a stem that protrudes from the main part of the earbud. It also comes in three different colors including grey, purple, and pink, and is designed with an IPX4 rating, which should provide a bit of additional protection from light rain and accidental splashes.
The earbuds also feature active noise cancelling, dual mic noise reduction, and support for Qualcomm aptX. There’s also built-in fast pair, low latency mode, and multi-point connectivity. As for battery, the earbuds can last for up to seven hours of playback with ANC on a single charge, with a total of 35 hours using the charging case for battery top ups.
