Apple has changed the previously used aluminum frame with a titanium frame on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. It is actually Grade 5 Titanium which is the same alloy used for spacecraft used for Mars missions. This results in the new iPhone being lighter than its predecessors. Ceramic Shield glass is still there which you will find on the front as well as the back.
The Pixel 7 Pro offers Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on the front and the back along with an aluminum frame. Both smartphones are IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
In terms of design, Apple has opted for the same approach as the previous iPhone Pro models including Dynamic Island. The only major difference is that it has replaced the Mute switch with a new Action Button.
