When companies release brand new phones, sometimes it’s great out of the box, but sometimes certain features do feel a bit lackluster. Either way, over the course of the phone’s lifecycle, updates are issued that introduce new features or upgrade or improve existing ones.
Now, if you’re the owner of the Samsung Galaxy S23, which is one of the best Android phones of 2023 and has one of the best smartphone cameras in the market, you might be interested to learn that according to a report from SamMobile, they have stumbled across a post on the Samsung Community website in which the company has started to push out a massive camera upgrade for the lineup.
The full list of changes and improvements can be found on the Samsung Community page, but some of the changes and improvements that you can look forward to include changes to the autofocus algorithm, where you don’t need to wait for the camera to get in focus to snap an image, perfect for those in-the-moment shots.
Samsung has also made improvements to the overall sharpness of photos, reducing the amount of flicker that occurs when capturing videos, and also fixed a bug that might sometimes show a green line on the left side while using the rear-facing camera in Photo mode.
There have also been improvements made to video stabilization, as well as improving banding issues in the sky in low-light situations when shooting at higher resolutions. These are some pretty awesome upgrades and you should definitely keep an eye out for the update when it arrives for your device.
