Samsung rolls out stable Android 13 update to the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Flip 4

0

While Samsung might have been a little late to the Android 13 party, the upside is that they have certainly not wasted their time trying to get the update ready for their phones. For those who happen to own the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4, you might be pleased to learn that the stable Android 13 update is now rolling out for the handset.

Prior to this, the update was being pushed out but only to those who participated in the One UI 5.0 beta program, so if you sat out the beta, you were not part of this initial rollout. Now with this release, it seems that users over in South Korea will be the first to get the update, but we expect that eventually the update will make its way to other countries and markets.

Users who own the Flip 4 can look out for the firmware update version F721NKSU1BVK5, while those with the Fold 4 can keep an eye out for firmware version F936NKSU1BVK5. We’re not sure how long it will take before the update makes its way to other parts of the world, so if you’re living outside of South Korea, it looks like you’ll just have to remain patient and hopefully Samsung will have an update ready for you soon enough.
