The problem with some of the Chinese smartphone brands is that sometimes, the products they launch are only limited to the China market, meaning that as much as we would love to get our hands on them, we can’t.

The good news is that if Honor’s products are something you’ve been eyeing and you’ve been hoping to get your hands on some of them, then you’ll be happy to learn that during IFA 2022,  Honor has announced that they will be launching its Honor 70 smartphone, the MagicBook 14 laptop, and the Honor Pad 8 in the European market. The launch of the Pad 8 is also significant as it is the first Honor tablet to be available outside of China.

For those unfamiliar, the Honor 70 is a smartphone aimed at vloggers. This is namely due to the fact that it comes with features designed to make vlogging a lot easier, such as a Solo Cut mode that can highlight a specific person in the frame using the Person Re-identification Technology.

Then there is also a Dual Video Streaming feature that lets users record two videos at once, which according to Honor will let users feature a single subject in one video and the other capturing the group. This means that with a single phone, users will be able to shoot footage that might require two or more cameras.

As for the MagicBook 14, this is a laptop from Honor that will be the first of feature the use of the company’s OS Turbo technology. It also features the use of Intel’s 12th-gen Core i5 processor and can also be configured to sport an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 that will help users play games at decent settings and also perform more graphically-intense tasks.

Last but not least is the Honor Pad 8. Despite the 8 in its name, it’s actually a tablet with a 12-inch 2K display. It is also powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 chipset with 4G connectivity, and comes with 4-6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It also packs a 7,250mAh battery that also supports reverse wireless charging, as well as 22.5W charging, and will run on Honor’s Magic UI 6.1 which is based on Google’s Android 12.
