Samsung launches Pokemon-themed Galaxy Buds 2

0

Are you a fan of Pokemon? Chances are you might have heard that Samsung had previously launched a Pokemon-themed Galaxy Z Flip 3, and now it looks like the company is following that up with a set of Pokemon-themed Galaxy Buds 2 earbuds.

As you can see in the photo, the charging case for the Galaxy Buds 2 has been designed to look like a Pokeball which is actually pretty damn cute, especially if you’re a fan of the Pokemon franchise. It will come with a sticker (unfortunately you won’t get all the stickers pictured below) that has been randomly inserted into the case, so depending on your luck, you may or may not get a Pokemon that you like.

Apparently there will also be different rarities with the stickers, where there will be one rare sticker which features a hologram Mewtwo. We wouldn’t suggest you keep buying the earbuds until you get what you want, but we imagine that there are probably hardcore fans who might, and don’t be surprised if you see these stickers popup on trading or collectible websites.

There’s no word on how much the Pokemon-themed Galaxy Buds 2 will cost, but SamMobile claims it will retail for around $105, so it’s actually not too bad considering that this is a special edition product. Also seeing how it was listed on Samsung Korea’s website, we’re not sure if there are plans to make it available internationally just yet.
