A Twitter post by user @ALumia_Italia lists several specs of an upcoming device, which is only referred to as the “Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022).” Based on the list, it seems that the biggest upgrade is the processor inside the tablet. RAM and internal storage likewise remain the same at 4GB and 128GB, respectively. While the current Tab S6 Lite also comes with 128GB of internal storage, it’s also available with a smaller 64GB base model, the likes of which have not been included in the listing. The display also remains the same at 10.4-inches, and the battery stays at 7040 mAh.
The original Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was launched back in 2020, and gained a popularity of sorts due to the relatively affordable price, modern-looking tablet design, and decent performance.
There’s no formal word from Samsung yet about the new Tab S6 Lite version though, so fans will have to wait for an official confirmation from the company.
