WhatsApp has received a new update via the Google Play Beta Program, bringing the current version to 2.22.8.3. WhatsApp is working on a feature that will allow you to change the language of the app in the future! WhatsApp for Android is available in over 60 languages, and it automatically selects the system language when you launch the app. In the latest WhatsApp beta for Android 2.22.8.3, we learned that WhatsApp is working on a new feature that would allow users to manually select the app’s language in the future.

In WhatsApp settings, there will be a new option named “App language,” as shown in this screenshot. When you choose “App language,” WhatsApp will show you all of the app’s available languages. A comparable option is now available in some countries, such as India, but in the future, it seems WhatsApp will allow users to select all supported languages in any country.
