Sleek and stealthy design
Right off the bat, what caught our attention was the design of the X1 Turbo which features a dark gray charging base. We have to say that we’re digging the dark look because it helps blend better into your home surroundings. Smart movement

This makes it great when want to set a cleaning schedule, even if you’re away, but how do you know your robot won’t get stuck somewhere while you’re not around?
With the ECOVACS DEEBOT X1 Turbo, it comes with auto mapping features using the company’s TrueMapping 2.0 technology, which according to ECOVACS is the same tech you might find in self-driving cars.
It will allow the robot vacuum to map a home’s layout quickly and accurately by creating not just 2D maps, but 3D maps as well. With the use of 3D maps, users can tap on furniture in the map to let the robot know that there are obstacles or objects in the way that it should clean around.
Combine that with the auto avoidance system, you will end up with a robot vacuum cleaner that actually spends its time cleaning as opposed to bumping its way through your home trying to figure its way around.
The X1 Turbo also comes with support for voice commands via the YIKO digital assistant, allowing users to command the robot and get it to do things without having to pull out their smartphone and control it via an app.
