Now that Samsung has officially announced their brand new flagship Galaxy S22 smartphones and also their latest Android tablet, what does the company have up their sleeves next? If we had to take a guess, it would probably be brand new foldable devices.
In fact, Samsung has actually announced that they will be hosting an event on the 27th of February at MWC 2022. According to Samsung:
“In today’s rapidly evolving world driven by mobile devices, Samsung Electronics is once again redefining the future of how we work and how we learn.
Join the Samsung Galaxy Mobile World Congress (MWC) Event 2022 on February 27 to see how Samsung is leading the connected experience.”
The company does not explicitly mention what kind of devices they will be announcing, but the teaser above leaves little to the imagination as the company will most likely be sharing plans for their foldables and the successors to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, and also maybe some new wearables.
We doubt that the phones will actually be announced at the event itself since it hasn’t been too long since the Galaxy S22 was announced, but maybe the company will share what they’re working on. Either way, check back with us in the coming weeks for all the details.
