It goes without saying that Apple’s iPhone 12 was one of the most highly-anticipated phones of 2020. It comes with some impressive hardware and with iOS 14, it also introduced changes to the software. If you’re trying to get as much out of your iPhone 12 as possible, then read on because here are some tips and tricks that will elevate your iPhone 12 experience to the next level.
Apple introduced a new “format” called ProRAW that’s exclusive to the iPhone 12, although admittedly it’s not necessarily a new format per se, but it’s Apple take on the RAW format that some photographers might prefer when it comes to post-processing their images. Do note that when shooting ProRAW, your image files will be bigger, so keep that in mind.
- Go to Settings > Camera > Formats
- Tap on Apple ProRAW to toggle it on (or off)
