Whenever a new app is installed, it will appear on your home screen. If you prefer keeping your home screen to a single page or have everything nicely setup the way you like, you can actually stop this from happening. This means that newly-installed apps will appear in your App Library.
- Go to Settings > Home Screen
- Select App Library only
