The idea of curved televisions always felt novel, but curved monitors? That seems to be the trend these days, where we’re seeing more people upgrade from dual screen monitors to a singular, massive curved display. Of course, curved displays typically come at a high cost, but that might not necessarily be true this time round.
Ahead of Black Friday, it seems that Samsung has discounted its 34-inch QLED curved monitor where instead of paying $900 for the display, you’ll only have to pay $550! Granted it’s still not necessarily cheap by any means, but if there was ever a time to upgrade, this might be a good time since we’re not sure when we’ll see such deep discounts again.
The monitor will feature Thunderbolt connectivity for those using laptops with Thunderbolt 3 ports. It will also support AMD’s FreeSync, comes with a 100Hz refresh rate, and a 3,440 x 1,440 resolution.
