Honor 20 Pro DxOMark camera review awards it second-highest score

0

During the HOnor 20 Pro launch event today, the company revealed that the camera system of the phone has already been reviewed by DxOMark. The score given to the phone is 111, matching that of the OnePlus 7 Pro which made its debut last week and coming up just one point lower than the Huawei P30 Pro and the Samsung Galaxy S10+.

The breakdown of the review is a score of 117 for photos with dynamic range, lack of noise, and the artificial bokeh effect getting high praise, but the sensors do suffer from lack of fine detail in bright light and occasional issues with white balance. On the video side, the HOnor 20 Pro received a score of 97, thanks to its optical image stabilization, speedy autofocus and its ability to capture great detail. That being said, it doesn’t perform exceptionally well in low-light situations.
