Sony Xperia XZ4 flexes its muscles, posting an AnTuUT score of 395,721

0

While the specs along will make the Sony Xperia XZ4 an impressive 2019 flagship smartphone, new AnTuTu benchmark scores indicated that the device managed to post a 395,721. For reference, that score is higher than what the iPhone Xs and Huawei Mate 20 Pro are able to manage and even exceeds the 368,480 AnTuTu benchmark score of the SD855-powered Lenovo Z5 Pro GT. Simply put, the Sony Xperia XZ4 could easily be the most powerful smartphone we’ve ever seen.

Anyone eager to get their hands on a new smartphone running the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 is likely well aware of the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ4. Multiple leaks have revealed that the smartphone will be powered by a SD855 which will be coupled with 6/8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, a 4,000 mAh battery and a 6.5-inch 21:9 aspect ratio display.

It’s pretty easy to get excited about benchmark numbers when the scores are this high, but we’d like to remind you that this is a leak of a pre-production unit. The posted score could easily be manipulated or faked. Since the Sony Xperia XZ4 isn’t expected to make its debut until Mobile World Congress in February, we still have a long wait before we can verify if the benchmark numbers of the final production units can live up to the hype.
