Amazon Prime is one of the best things since sliced bread, thanks to just how quickly you can get various items without paying extra for shipping. However, some changes are on the way for those who pay for the monthly Prime subscription.
Earlier today, Amazon announced that the monthly Prime subscription pricing would go from $10.99 to $12.99 effective today. This amounts to $155.88 when paying for a full-year, or you can opt for the yearly subscription. For those who are are on existing Prime subscription plans will see the price increase begin on February 18th.
This may be a good time to sign up for Amazon’s yearly Prime subscription which is priced at $99, but won’t be seeing an increase. As for students, the monthly price will inrease to $6.49 for the monthly subscription and $49 for the yearly subscription.
