Now that we are officially into 2018, Google is rolling out the latest Android Security Bulletin for Pixel and Nexus devices. This comes a few days after Xiaomi actually seeded the January Bulletin to owners of the Xiaomi Mi A1 who are testing Android Oreo.

According to the official bulletin, Google has shared all of the different patches that have been included in this release. Currently, there are more than 40 different patches included in this update with some ranging from a “Moderate” severity all the way to “High” severity.

The OTA is rolling out to the following devices:

  • Pixel 2
  • Pixel 2 XL
  • Pixel
  • Pixel XL
  • Pixel C
  • Nexus 6P
  • Nexus 5X

While Google is rolling this out via OTA, you can go ahead and manually flash the software, which is based on Android 8.1, by heading over to the Google Developers page. From there, you’ll need to scroll down to your specific device and download the appropriate version of the software before flashing it.
