Samsung releases its Always On Display app onto the Play Store, but you can’t download it

0

One of the main features of many devices nowadays is the ability to quickly view your notifications without actually turning on your display. This feature is baked into devices, but occasionally we’ll see OEM’s release them onto the Play Store.

Samsung is the latest to do follow the trend, as it has released its new Always On Display app onto the Play Store. This will give Samsung the ability to update the app with features and fixes without requiring an entire software update to be pushed to the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus.

However, as you would expect, you can’t download it on devices that aren’t the Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus. It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is. There’s already a strong possibility that your device already has this feature anyways, so there would be no point to installing two different versions.

IF you are the owner of a Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus, you can hit the download link below and make sure that your device is updated with the latest version of Always On Display.
