Google Photo Books are appearing in the Photos app for some users already

0

During the Google I/O 2017 keynote, a new “feature” was announced for Google Photos, which introduced the ability to create a physical book from your favorite photos. These Photo Books can be made from your mobile device or through the web browser on your computer.

Google said Photo Books would be coming to the Photos mobile app in the “coming weeks”, but it seems some folks are already seeing the option in the app. Once you’re ready to create a Photo Book for yourself or a loved one, Google will use its machine learning techniques to automatically suggest photo books for you to buy.

If you’re interested in picking up one for yourself, you can either check the Photos app on your mobile device or hit the button below to snag one. Pricing starts at $9.99 for the softcover book with 20 pages, while the hardcover book is priced at $19.99. If you want to expand past the 20-page limit, you can do so for $0.35 per page in the softcover book or $0.65 in the hardcover book.

Let us know whether you decide to create a Photo Book for yourself and let us know how it turns out!
