Yesterday, we saw a leak for Geekbench results of an unannounced ASUS smartphone, which is likely to be a part of the ZenFone 4 lineup. Today, there is a new rumor stating that there were references to new ZenFone 4 devices in the ASUS database.
There wasn’t much information revealed regarding the ASUS ZenFone 4 Max, other than the fact that it will include a 5.5-inch display. The leak also showed an unknown Qualcomm quad-core processor as well as the ZC553KL internal code name.
However, the fun doesn’t stop there as there are references to two more devices in the database. Both devices are variants of the ASUS ZenFone AR which was unveiled at CES 2017 and includes compatibility for both Google’s Tango and Daydream.
It wouldn’t be all that surprising if we get closer to hearing more about the ZenFone AR considering that ASUS has yet to reveal pricing or availability information for the device. Regardless, the company definitely has some work to do if it plans to make any real impact in the smartphone market.
