The Alcatel Idol 4 was unveiled at Mobile World Congress earlier this year, and has been one of the best budget devices of the year. Now, Cricket Wireless is offering $100 off the device when activating a new line of service.

In order to get the $100 discount, you’ll need to sign up for one of Cricket’s Rate Plans which starts at $30 per month for 1GB of data with unlimited talk and text, and goes up to $70 for unlimited everything.
The Idol 4 has flown under the radar for much of the year, but is still a great option even at its retail price of $199. When you couple the device with a $100 savings, you’ve got a no-brainer.
