Sign up to test Android Nougat on the ZTE Axon 7 in the US

0

Those with a ZTE Axon 7 in the US can now register to try out an early preview of Android 7.0 Nougat. The company has opened registration through the ZTE US Community site.

Heading here will redirect you to a form what you can use to input your personal and device details so that ZTE may consider you for participation. You’ll need to sign into a Google account, though, so be wary of that.

While ZTE isn’t sharing exact details on when we can expect the update to arrive in stable form for everyone, their goal is early 2017 (though everyone’s definition of “early” can vary, so we wouldn’t be put all our faith in a January rollout). If you want something new to play with early and wouldn’t mind experiencing potential bugs along the way, sign up here.
